Did you know that all doggie stations in Pine Creek are numbered? Each station is emptied and refilled on a weekly basis by the wonderful Monarch porters, but if you notice a station that has no bags or a full waste pot, please make note of the number on the back of the station and report this through your homeowner portal. Management will request additional porter service to get this addressed as quickly as possible.
After the recent hail storms affecting the region, there may be a need to replace your roof or repaint your home. Please remember that any exterior modifications or projects require prior approval from your community Modifications Committee. You can access the Design Review Request form from the website or your homeowner portal. There is a checklist on the second page of the form that helps to easily identify the accompanying items needed to submit with your form. Stark whites and black tones, along with primary colors are not consistent paint colors in Pine Creek, and neutral and earth tones are favorable to the Pine Creek aesthetic. Please take a moment to submit your request and give yourself enough time to go through the proper channels in your HOA prior to executing an exterior project. The Modifications Committee is a volunteer homeowner group that has kindly dedicated their time and services to make this process effective and is crucial to keeping Pine Creek distinctively beautiful!
