During the recent PCVA Annual Meeting the 2024 budget was approved, with 1,089 total votes cast (894 voted in favor of the budget and 195 voted in opposition). Watch your email for a 2024 Assessment Notice from Hammersmith which will provide you with information on the assessment increase, the 2024 budget, and ways to pay. Please remember that payments are due the 1st of the month.
